If your frame has English thread, you can cut new Italian thread. Just 10 min work with the right tools. Good racing bike dealer should have that.
Otherwise a threadless BB set is a possibility.
If you want to have it original, a frame builder can braze new bushings inside the BB shell and cut new threads. Needs a respray though.
