I have something that might suit, it's an old Guerciotti with nice lugs and the signature cut out stars. It has a tatty paint job of some old road team that I couldnt find out any info on... I'm after a fair bit more that you are looking to pay (£120, ok, thats twice what you are after paying)*** but*** that is with a modern sealed headset, campag bb, fausto coppi forks and campag areo seatpost, maybe a long shot, but worth a pop...
