• Very sweet Condor road bike built from Columbus tubing, probably SL, nice lugs and some engraving e.g. seat stays and BB. Original paint in reasonable condition with some chips and scrapes but frame totally sound and no dents. English BB, takes nutted (not recessed) brakes. Would make ideal starter road bike for someone wanting something a bit more classic than a modern OTP and will certainly be great ride quality.
53cm seat tube, 54cm top tube centre to centre, so would suit (approx.) 5.5" to 5'9" +/-

For sale ideally as a complete bike as shown, which has been completely rebuilt with a v.g.c. full Shimano 600 (Ultegra) 8spd groupset including new Dura Ace cables. These have been left slightly overlength to allow for possible stem/bar change or split of bike. All works well, the l/h STI is occasionally reluctant to drop out of large gear but I think this is due to long-term storage without use and will become freer with regular use. Wheels shown are very nice Campag Omegas, but for £40 less you can take a different pair of Shimano 600 laced to OpenPros. I will also include the original Shimano 600 dual-pivot brakes, but they are recessed fitting and therefore don't fit this frame. The brakes fitted are Shimano 105s. Selle Turbomatic saddle, Condor generic seat post, choice of Look compatible pedals (not ones shown). New Vittoria tyres & tubes.

    So, the sale is for:
Complete bike as shown with choice of Look compatible pedals £385
Complete bike as above but with OpenPros instead of Omegas £345
    Frame + fork only £125
Shimano 600 8spd groupset complete: STI's, F&R mechs, cranks, BB, brakes, DA cables (new), cassette, chain (new), headset - £140
Shimano 600 7/8spd wheelset with Campy Omega rims £85
Shimano 600 7/8spd wheelset with Mavic OpenPro rims £55 **SOLD**

Preference given to sale of complete bike, but at least one wheelset will be available separately of course. - spare wheels now sold
