a one-off saddle shouldn't be hard providing there's template of saddle, add polymorph plastic, mould it to fit your bum and bingo, in fact it's easier than it sounded I suppose, but there's no market for it since there's already a wide selection of saddle, and the usual "if it's not broken..." motto.
exactly what moog said, I'll have a crack at making my own once I find a template to start with.
you have no idea how lucky you all are when a change of saddle is required to find a more comfortable one, as oppose to find the least uncomfortable one.
