the only 'custom' saddle are those leather one which mould to the shape of your bottom, the biggest downside is of course the weight and the limited design of the leather saddle (bolts to hold it in place), by now I would have though there would be a specialised saddle that design to fit you perfectly as how you describe it.

exactly like the insoles that you'll need to pay £70 whose mould is created to match your feet perfectly.

yes but making insoles is easy and the demand is high.

creating a modern one off saddle would be so expensive to produce that its probably in noones interest to offer such a service.
