Made-to-measure saddle

• buy a saddle which is pretty wide and is comfy at the front end
  
• strip the saddle
  
• use polymorph to build up layers which widen the saddle and fit your arse profile
  
• remove the polymorph extension once it has hardened and glue it to the saddle with epoxy
  

• re cover the saddle using JOL's tutorial

• depending on how wide the polymorp section is it may require reinforcement from the underside with GRP or something similar.

It might be a total waste of time but it has to be worth a shot if you are in that much discomfort with all other saddles.
