Originally he had outside access, however he has been a housecat for the last couple of years.
I'd live to let him out but we are now in third floor flat.
Fenella has tried to tempt him down the stairs to go outside but he is too scared of the stairs to go down them.
I'd carry him down and put him outside the door if I thought that he'd not then scarper!
