Does it have to be brand new?
Id keep an eye on the classifieds threads you can sometimes get a cracking bargain on there.. i bought my conversion off the classifieds and thought id customise it myself and i have changed few parts but the bike itself is fantastic and i am so glad i went for the used option...
if you find a bike for sale from one of the many passionate bike owners off here its liekly that it will be well maintained and will save a few 100 quid to buy your own bits that you want... worth a thought at least...
