Wanted: Walkman

dicki, buy a cheap laptop and an mp3 player. then, if you really want something 'walkman'-like buy a minidisc player.

diable, i tried converting a tape to mp3 last night using garageband.... really low input volume and shite quality. why?!?!?!??!?! (note: i have done this before years ago and it does work, can't work out what i am doing wrong!?!?!?

I use an iMic (not a bearded Irishman who drinks Baileys) adapter and Final VInyl to copy to a wav file I then used Switch to convert it to MP3 seems to come out ok
