Mine are well and truly screwed. The spring loaded bars that hold the cleat to the pedal are rattling around like crazy, the dustcaps are only just hanging on and the little metal plates (mine are ROCS) have all come off.
Anyone got any spare? Any model considered but I quite like the old ones:
