012 steel?

Don't know it says high tension which could be cheap stuff.Ishiwata did 015,017 etc 015 being extremely light and gradually getting heavier 022 was more of a touring grade but I don't know about this,015 I think was the lightest Ishiwata

So going off that, it should be light enough, he might be ok with it
