Rider down at the junction Borough Road/Borough High Street/Newington Causeway. Was on my way to Uni and saw a man in his 50s (?) on his back on the road. Bike on the road too, looks like a commuter. No car/crash visible. There were people blocking off the entrance into Borough Road at the junction, not Police but I think the people from the petrol station at the junction.
Man seemed okay but in shock. No external injuries visible. Bike didn't look distorted. No idea what happened.
Anyone got more information?
