I have a feeling that a lot of this is a staffing issue
since the return of the manager the atmosphere has changed significantly
the loss of the meal deal was an indicator of a change - and the no chips ruling on the night of no food did not help
it was very relaxed for a long time but clearly our standards and expectations are no longer in line with the management
for quite a while we were very happy there
I think a discrete phonecall to esmeralda might be an idea
as a group I think we suffer from an all or nothing approach to the night, either v restrained or the all out wild late nights
as a group the least we should be finding is somewhere that has ample room for bikes, reasonable priced drinks and ideally some kind of meal deal as a sweetener.
For me it's the people at wests that make the nights, though recently i feel our ability to feel relaxed and at ease has been restricted
i am sure the greyhound would like to retain our custom as a business move but rght now it just does not quite feel like we are wanted or appeciated there
