Urgh Porto is VERY hilly! Wanna try Coimbra though or Torres Vedras.
Nuno might be best person to ask, as he's also portuguese and probs knows the relevant places to go for if you don't want to hit Ebay.
I can't help on the hub though. I don't have that sorta knowledge!
