Tramadol Hydrochloride

With current state of play re pegs/plugs in jaw I'm not going to sleep without some help.

Current plan is one 50mg Tramadol, if the pain does not fade to the point that I can sleep then I'll have another one.

If anyone does actually now how many/much one can take safely then I'd like to know.

actually it's 50-100mg not more often than every 4 hours not exceeding 400mg in a day.
