So, Today the frame I accidently bought arrived, and much to my thinking its not what I was after. And now that I am low low low on funds, and in posession of too many frames that I'm not riding, it time for a sale....

Rear Spacing: 120
1" threaded fork
Undrilled F+R (there is room to drill the fork).

700c Front and Rear so really easy to ride on the street. :)
Drop outs are amazingly Gipiemme Pista, which makes me want to keep the frame, as they are reasonably rare (identical look to campag but stamped Gipiemme), and I wuv Gipiemme.
Paint is quite poor, lots of chips on forks and dropouts + chain and seat stays. But I've alsways like a chipped frame. Looks well used and you don't worry about damaging it :)
BB has simple cut outs, lug cut outs are painted. The paint is, of course, original.
I will fit a brand spanking new Tange Japan Sealed HS (silver) prior to selling. no BB. The HS and BB the frame came with were in awful condition. The tange headset retails at £30 and is so amazing. Its nicer than Dura ace or any other threaded HS (apart from CK). So smooth, amazing seals. Lovely :)
History of this frame is nice: It was Handmade in Italy by Luigi Montagner (Mon-Tan-yair) Raced by the Czechoslavakian and Polish National Teams for the 1987 season. Winner of the 1986 World Championship Team Pursuit in Colorado Springs (there are 2 other frames in the world, one bigger and one smaller, all in the same colours).
All three frames were constructed from Oria GM 0.0 Ribbed Tubing & Oria ML 25 Indented Tubing.
I bought the frame for $435 which at the time of payment cost me £276 and some coppers. With its brand new headset I am looking for £280 I think thats a fair price for such a nice frame, with a cracking history.~~ SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
** SOLD ROBERTS Fillet Brazed Columbus Air TT Frame with track ends SOLD** SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
~~So, this is my favourite frame.
I love it.
Its so beautiful. The crappy photo I have below is the only one I have at the moment of the whole bike when I bought it. It doesn't show how nice the frame is. I will be having a photographer mate doing some photos in a week or two, but until then this photo will have to do, and you are welcome to view it.
*ST: 58cm c-t-t
TT: 54cm c-t-c
This one fits like a 54. If you ride a 54 normal frame this is gonna be good for you.
Front Spacing: 100
Rear Spacing: 126
Drilled F+R
Seatube: Columbus Air
BB: English
No toe overlap with 165s and medium clips / cletes*
The frame was built by Roberts in 1984 for a semi pro Time Trialist.
More recently it was bought by another TTist He had it repainted by roberts and put custom decals with his name put on it, with ROBERTS just on the forks. One of the owners after that removed his name and applied Roberts Decals to the DT and ST.
This is the only fillet Brazed columbus air set I have ever seen, and I believe its the only one roberts made. If you have ever ridden Air you'll know its crazy stiff, amazing to ride, and this frame has a nice tight rear end.
The dropouts are Chromed Zeus Track. They originally had a mech hangar brazed on to the dropouts, but some bellend has cut them off.
Heres the bummer. It no longer has the original AIR post. But I don't know what the current post is, its not Dura Ace AX full aero, nor air. I believe its custom made. It fits though, although there is damage to the back of the post from the allen bolt clamp (almost certainly what killed the original post). This prevents you putting the post at its highest. You can get about 175mm of exposed post, which is actually as much as you could get with an AX or Air post. So its not really a problem. Unless you are 6'2" and the frame is too small for you. Which is why I am reluctantly putting her up for sale, because she is just too small for me.~~

I bought this one off Jol a while back. The forks have been changed for some really sexi straight ones. The whole frame has been powdercoated BLK by armourtex.
At the moment I have no pictures of this one, might take over aweek too
ST: 57 c-t-t
TT: 56 c-t-c
Front Spacing: 100
Rear Spacing: 120
Seat post: 26.2
1" threaded forks
BB: FRENCH!!!
No toe overlap with 165s and medium clips / cletes
Dropouts are Zeus Track (so sexy).
The paint is pretty much undamaged. However the RHS seat stay was damaged in a crash by a previous owner. Its been reset, so the frame is true and there is no structural damage it just has a slight wobble that you notice only when the light hits the gloss finish. The frame has an awsome big Sapim sticker on the ST, you could remove it easily. I won't do it for you :P
Its made by a French builder called T Pena who I know nothing about, and is made from tecno tubing, who I know nothing about but have heard they are spannish - but I don't know.
Frame includes:
Tange Japan sealed Headset (silver) in VGC.
system Ex Black 26.2 seatpost (400 length).
Your choice of BB (see price below).
Price: £180 with the original cup and cone 110ish BB (this wont be fitted but given in a bag). Some of the loose bearrings missing).
or £225 with FRENCH Phil Woods Steel BB (110.5 JIS taper). This will be supplied fitted.
