Someone cruising down the pavement of Clerkenwell Road at about 12pm, yellow frame.. without a chain! New levels of hipster?
Earlier (11am?) someone with a black front spok/spyn/something on New Kent Road going towards Bricklayers, you sped up as I overtook then went towards E&C.
