I don't mean to piss on your chips too much but your pic suggests these are MTB size, not 650c: they're ETRTO 559, rather than 571.
Having said that, if Marcus now doesn't want 'em I'll take them.
(At least, I'll take them if they're folding. Which they probably aren't, because you didn't say they are. Hmm.)
