I bought the rear derailleur on my Mercian from Paul. I met him at west drinks to pick it up. It's a Shimano "sport LX". He said to me that this was the very last piece of Shimano he had as he now only used Campagnolo. Since he had so many bike I found it difficult to believe, so I asked again:
"So you don't any shimano stuff left, nothing at all??"
And he replied with a sentence which I find quite legendary;
"I don't do Shinano!"
