    bought some jeans and i was really picky about a stitching fault. sent them back and i got a new pair in the post before i even realised they had received the faulty ones. i thought it would take a while for them to inspect and decide etc etc. no hassle with the exchange, and the refund for another pair (wrong size) was swift too. super friendly, chit chat on the phone, and an email about a month later to see how the new ones were working out. tip top.
