Try to use plastic specific epoxy resin glue, normal araldite etc will work but usually only for a short time. If the part is not too expensive it might be better just to buy a new one as the glue will cost you the best part of a fiver.
Another thing to try is welding it with a hot piece of metal, depending on the plastic type this can work, obviously try it on an out of sight piece and see if it melts and then hardens OK. If it works then use a thin piece of metal something about 1.5 to 2mm diameter, heat it over a flame, a home gas cooker or camping gas ring will do if you have one then gently bind the two parts together but melting little sections of the break at a time. Take it slowly, patience is a viurtue. This may work but also may be a complete waste of time,.
Please be aware that melting most injection moulded plastics gives of some really really toxic fumes, do it with maximum possible ventilation, even outside if possible.
