He uses the crappest chainsets with fixed rings they cost a few quid at a cycle cash and carry I used when running a cycle hire business.I bet a powder coat doesnt cost him 70 quid when done in bulk.I can get a single frame and forks done for 60 quid.Cheap no name frames can be had from the recycling centre for a few beers
