The London to Southend 2009 BHF ride got me in to cycling. I wanted a good challenge and to do something good. Then I come across 200+ members one night on one of the bridges rides, which I found quite exciting.
Now I just feel like I'm a keen cycling nerd, and every bloody bike I come across I stare at it like it's p0rn.
I've only been cycling since June/July...
When I did do that ride to southend though I though it really tough. Though I did not train for it properly, I was a bit overwelmed towards the end.
Now I just think it'll be quite an easyish enjoyable ride.
My stamina / power don't compare anywhere near to how it was 5 months ago.
I'm slimmer, fitter, more muscular, and a lot more damn sexier... All because of lfgss.
I dislike majority of any other excercises.
