We used to use the term AFD when I worked in bars- stood for All Fucking Day, i.e. a shift that started at half past eight in the morning and finished at half past two the next morning.
They were rubbish, especially if you had the bad luck to do one on delivery day- when you had to be their for half five, but still finished at half two.
