The two biggest gripes are about red light jumping and footway cycling. Having no lights, going against one-way streets, approaching silently, etc. are mentioned much less often. Footway cycling used to be number one but now plays second fiddle to red light jumping (owing to the rise of more easily jumpable All Green Pedestrian Phases).
