The plodders have targeted Kensington High Street (by Kensington Church Street) now for such a long time that we all should know better by now. They're there at least once a week for a couple of months now. 2 weeks ago I got stopped by an undercover officer on a hybrid telling me not to jump red lights when I was waiting for a set of lights to turn green.
