I've been fined once whilst jumping a red. It was during a CM immediately following the METs appeal to the courts. There were a large number of other people who rode the same red but I was pulled over and ticketed to "Make an example to others".
I have consistently jumped red lights on a daily basis for the 4-5 years I've lived in London.
I am of the opinion that one fine in all those jumped lights is rather reasonable.
