My thoughts were that there are plenty of spokes to cover both lateral strength and torque transfer. But that if you over tensioned the center flange spokes slightly, you would in turn detension the outer flange spokes and lose lateral rigidity.
Obviously even tension is key for any decent wheel. But as, uneven tension would pressumbly not effect the dishing of the wheel. It may be easier to feck up.
