I am ok, bit shaken up. Have messed up my right arm and shoulder again from a previous injury, a bit of road rash on my right leg and hand, and have nicely bruised both of my hips from where I rolled. My back wheel is a complete write off though...

You will obviously know this, but always worth stressing that it's imperative to see a doctor after such a crash. (I repeat this like a broken record as the number of people who just dust themselves off and carry on is astonishing.

Hopefully they will be able to catch this person on CCTV or something and stop this happening again!
