I think we can safely add this one the RLJ/Helmets category of subjects that it seems likely we will never find a consensus on.
Although Will makes some good points we all need to bear in mind that he is known throughout Ol' London Town as a work shy liar and housing benefit cheat - so take what he says with a little milk. (My own comments are - on the other hand - directly linked to the value of sterling and can in no way be said to be questionable or personal - merely facts.)
I feel the need to sum it all up:
As *m.f put it (and probably the most accurate comment): "I don’t know, I just don’t know."
But when push comes to shove my instincts are to violently discourage the child killers - even if they turn out only to be child grazers.
