People should make more effort to step in and call out those who break the law.
You'd shout at a cyclist riding on the pavement if you were a ped, you'd shout at a car jumping reds if you were in another car.
Makes no difference the mode of transport, people need to stop being silent bystanders and get fucking stuck in.
Until people stop accepting criminal behaviour, it will continue. Despite the law, it's become socially acceptable to use phones whilst driving, speed and fail to indicate (plus many other motoring offences) Time to start giving a fuck about things. Everybody, not just cyclists.
