To the rider involved in an accident outside C4 this morning

What if I was riding at 1 mile per hour and an inquisitive toddler wearing an adorable dungaree/welly/fisherman hat combo toddled out behind my slow moving bicycle and attempted to remove sweets from my hypothetical panniers and in doing so, caused me to overbalance and fall into the path of a decelerating bullet train making it derail and cause minor injuries to the occupants?

What flavor sweets? Better not be NERDS or we might have a hypoactive toddler on our hands...
