Oliver is more motorway, direct and too the point, well documented, somewhat brutal at times but gets the point across, you're more unclassified white road, meandering, sometimes hard to navigate but generally quit pretty, if a little dirty.
I'd really prefer to be more like a Roman road, as those are my favourite roads.
Motorways may be direct as far as they go, but they're cycle-unfriendly and being a very limited network obviously don't go to many places. They're also being invested in in preference to the railways. I don't like.
