From personal experience replacing a spoke in a relatively true wheel is easy, just make sure you have the correct size spoke key and thread it through the other spokes correctly.
If the wheel is buckeled by an amount that seems frightening, take it to a trusted lbs and see what they think, you don't want to spend a whole load of time trying to repair a fubar front wheel when you could pick up for not very much on here.
