Well i dont talk to him very often, i tried to have a party thier once and he offered me no discount! - i dont hang out there much as it is ridiculously expensive - i can look into it, but i would have though you would be expected to spend a lot - last time i went was 100 quid + and i only had a burger! From what i recall if you arent a member, you have to eat there to get acces to the terrace
Its the kind of place where the CEO of Goldman Sachs goes to let off steam.
Personally i would find a venue you can smoke at and bring your own
