I am 6 foot 4 and have another 25" frame bike which is suitable. I agree it would be nice to have fitted me.
The frame has some markings on the under the crank housing. I don't know if my eyes are going bad but I can't make it out - it looks like GVG*222E** or 6V6*222E** the asterisks are characters not clear enough to guess at what they might be.
