The frame is in original condition, it shows use but has no visible rust. It has the SE20 man on a bike metal plaque at the front.
The frame is original and I believe the wheels (27" chrome), break calipers and seat are original as most likely is the deraillier and gear lever and handlebars.
Not sure about other parts.
It is rideable, but the rear brake cable is not attached (I have it but the end has frayed and I can't get it back through the frame guides).
It would suit conversion to fixed wheel (fixtie) for a purist who wishes to own a piece of history. It has horizontal rear drop outs.
The frame is 23 inches from base of seat post to centre of crank.
I have a small rack for it as well, but this is not an old item and it is not fitted.
