you can buy supercleats for shimano shoes. thats what i call them that way you dont have to over stress the spring. shimano part no sm-sh52. on the packaging says fit for pd m858. they are fatter than regular cleats and i very rarely clip out of them accidently when giving it some. as opposed to the normal ones where i was clipping out accidently quite a lot. i have never seen them in the shops though. i get them from a bmx racer guy who swears by them
