We are after new flatmate for our 3 bedroom house share, room available from 12 November.....
House: 2 floor Victorian house with all standard mod cons (Internet, cable, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster), seperate living room with dining table, big bathroom and garden.
Location: Just off the Askew Rd. The area is fantastically located for easy access to Ravenscourt Park, Hammersmith, Chiswick and Westfields Shopping Centre. Local tube stations are H&C, District (Central Line is about 15/20 min walk - or short bus ride). Plenty of good local pubs/restaurants.
Room: Large furnished double bedroom on ground floor
Rent: £565 per month plus bills (aprox £100 per month)
Flatmates: 1 male (32 yrs) and 1 female (28 yrs),
Bike Storage: Room for 1 bike in hallway, others would need to be kept in room or garden.
