thing is, the weight i'm gonna need to use to make my muscles exhausted at 10 reps is gonna be too high! i don't wanna do deep squats with 60+kgs on my back, at least not yet, not till I get my form perfect.
60kg wouldn't be considered a particular heavy weight for an average adult male.
I agree that form is paramount though and weight should never be increased to the detriment of form.
