I'm going to start some serious training next week, one day doing laps of regents park, and a couple of sprints, and then the next day doing strength training at the primrose hill outdoor gym. And then i'l also throw in some climbs of highgate hill. I'l then try and do one longish ride on either the saturday or sunday. So only one rest day a week, either sat or sunday.
I need to get back in shape and build up my fitness.
