You have to use this anti-bacterial spray cleaner stuff, they're not like normal inner soles, they aren't heat formed on something you stand on, they take a plaster cast of your foot/ankle area and stuff, taking into account all sorts of other stuff (its a little more complex than just a plaster cast).
Then they send it off and its manufactured however the hell they make carbon/kevlar composite inner soles..?
They are really really strong, much stronger than a normal inner sole, in the past I deadlifted 200kg with these inner soles in my trainers and they only flexed a little bit, amazing considering how thin they are.
