i was in sigma chatting about buying a carbon road bike, and because they were quiet, the guy there did a full set of Spesh BG measurements on me. he didn't do the footbed stuff though, which i would like to have looked at.
anyway, it only took 10 mins or so, but they gave me a set of print outs with precise measurements of my body parts, then 3 different frame fits, ranging from racing to nodder. So i have a detailed set of measurements for top tube, crank, stem, seatpost, head tube etc etc.
and all for free. it's great to have, think i might go back to get the foot thing sorted out though.
