  • somebody fitting you properly will not be that interested in the actual injuries but more the mobility/flexibility power (or lack of) that is a result of them.
    nobody doubts your own little epiphany when you left the doors of cyclefit, i had my own when i left cycleworks in leatherhead all they did was move my saddle up 5mm, add one shim to my left foot and remove one from my right. but dismissing other types of fitting system isn't really fair.
    different systems will tend to produce different types of fit, sigma for example are known to get your chin on the stem going for the win but then not everybody wants to race 1hr crits do they?
    I also know people who have been to cyclefit and while they have been happy with the service have ended up going back to change footbed angles and still not really had their fit sorted 100%

    i just don't think you can say one system is better than the other as they are all different and have different philosophies behind them.
