Did they start with inside leg X 109% and then go from there?
The measured inside leg, leg length difference, foot pronation, differences in foot pronation and how it was effecting power output between the two legs along with: The angle of my lower leg in relation to my upper leg
hamstring flexibility
calve flexibility
spine flexibility
hip movement
side to side knee movement......
Thats just the stuff I can remember, the list of things they check/assess is pretty extensive, and each time an adjustment was made he was checking my knee angle and power output between the two legs, whilst simultaneously recording video for further analysis, and slow motion analysis of my pedal stroke.
There was other stuff as well, I think i'd be here all night if I tried to write it all down.
