James you hasn't even been to the bike whisperer, there are time it's best not to make drastic comparison when you don't know much of the other.

Have you been to the bike whisperer Ed?
Where does it say anything about them dealing with orthotics, and/or cleat shoe wedging?
These two things for my situation and a lot of other peoples make the world of a difference, pretty essential wouldn't you say if you're going to spend that kind of money on having everything customized?
I'm not slagging them off, i'm simply stating that the level of service offered seems more in depth and thorough at cyclefit, which is why I went with them instead of thebikewhisperer, and is why I would recommend others do the same.
