  • Dammit. Try the Rollapaluza Rollas but when you do them, go onto the drops and have just the tip of the saddle touching your barse. This removes weight and resistance from the back wheel and make you go faster. Once you have mastered the technique on Rollas, try it on the track for sprints. On the drops, weight forward over the pedals. No wheelies and controlled speed.
