i dont think what i said is sensational. it is a factual statement: they manufacture a part which is a component in military equipment, which makes military activity (a key component of which is killing people) easier/more efficient. They do this simply because there is opportunity for profit. I stand by my feeling that this is unethical, if you disagree i'd be interested to know why rather than just calling what i said bullshit.
And re 'democracy' - its more a comment that the fact that the majority of people think that something is ok has absolutely no bearing on the morality of that thing. (not long ago most people thought slavery was just great)
