Well, since you're new.. you less likely to get it. Since I've been here ages I'm less likely to think about poor newbies feelings. So when oldies fire up and make all the old jokes that all their old mates laugh about the poor newbies get upset thinking "oh my.. other forums aren't like this.. these guys are fucked in the head" and then get upset or angry or whatever. Then they complain and some oldies acknowledge the fact that with the wider audience their comments will be taken wrongly some of the time or maybe it's time to be less defensive and just let someone else comment or whatever.
Anyway, I've forgotten my point. My point is mostly I for one am TRYING to be less obnoxious when newbies ask stupid/repeated questions or create fucking dumb threads. I would like it if newbies respected some of the established etiquette and took some of the shit on the chin instead of getting arsey about it.
What particular examples are you getting upset about?
