If you want something quick and tasty
put them on a couple of pieces of foil, add lemon/orange slices, herbs (dill ,parsley) and a drizzle of olive oil, scrunch up the foil so its like a parcel stick em on a baking tray, cook in a hot oven for about 15 mins, serve with salad or veg,
